About me

Hello, I'm Shoham Elmakias, based in Modi'in, Israel. I'm passionate about understanding people through research, driven by curiosity, and committed to creating user experiences that truly matter. My journey began with digital communication studies, where I discovered my passion for research-driven design, leading me to specialize in UX/UI.
As a Dean's List honoree for two consecutive years and a member of the department's research team, I gained deep understanding of research methodologies and their impact on user experience.

What excites me most about UX research is how it combines rigorous methodology with deep human empathy.
The constantly evolving digital landscape means there's always new user behaviors to understand and research methods to master—a challenge I enthusiastically embrace. My academic excellence and research experience have sharpened my ability to not just gather insights, but to translate them into meaningful solutions that drive impactful design decisions.
